• 1. How long have you been videotaping weddings?

  We have been videotaping weddings since 2004

• 2. How many cameras will you be using?

  It depends on your customization.Most of the time we will have 1-4 working cameras + back up cameras

• 3. What type of equipment will you be filming with? Will the lighting be intrusive?

  We will be filming with HighDefinition professional cameras.The lighting that we use is on camera soft light and this is not intrusive

• 4. How will you capture sound during the ceremony? Will I need to wear a microphone? Is it a wireless mic?

  For best audio quality the sound during ceremony is captured on multiple devices such on camera mic, lapel mic and independent audio recorder

• 5. How long will it take you to edit the footage?

  It will take us a couple weeks to edit the footage. The final edit time will depend on how well we communicate with the client

• 6. When will you arrive at the wedding and how long will you stay?

  We will arrive at the wedding about 45 minutes prior start time

• 7. What are your rates? What is the overtime rate?

  The rates depend on the packages and are available in our Videography Packages section

• 8. Is the final cut put on a DVD or a Blue Ray discs?

  The final cut is put on DVD or Blue Ray discs and it is the choice that the client makes

• 9. How many copies of the final cut will I get?

  You will get sa many copies as you decide

• 10. What is the charge for additional copies?

  From $20-$25/copy

• 11. Will I get a copy of the raw footage?

  Yes,If you add External HardDrive with Original HiDef Footage in package customization section

• 12. When will I get the final video?

  Approximately 3 months after your event

• 13. Can I see a sample wedding video?

  Yes,the sample wedding video can be presented on Blue Ray or DVD

• 14. What type of special effects do you offer?

  We offer simple and elegant special effects

• 15. Can I select the music for the final video?

  Yes, you are welcomed to send us your music.We will discuss your selection with you and do our best to fit into the project

• 16. What is the videographer's style -- documentary, straight-cut, etc.?

  Our style is documentary and cinematic

• 17. Are you familiar with my ceremony site?

  We know most of the venues in Edmonton and area.There is a chance we know your too

• 18. Are you shooting another wedding the day of my wedding?

  No, the videographers that you have are not shooting another wedding on the same day

• 19. Do you need special electrical outlets?

  No, We use our own power sources

• 20. Will the videographer have an assistant at the wedding?

  No assistant is required

• 21. When are you available?

  Check availability in Packages Section

• 22. What is the deposit? When the balance is due?

  The deposit is about 50% of total price.The balance is due the day of final delivery
